Your qualifications:
You are a graduate engineer in electrical engineering or within the field of automation engineering or indeed, a comparable qualification with a several years’ professional experience in the area of the product design.
Your career path to date has been working closely with sales and sales supporting roles in which you have established appropriate market knowledge and knowledge of the industry of the industrial coding technology.
You are able to combine this knowledge, together with the advantages of our coding products to demanding presentations and to relay information convincingly to an informed audience.
You have previously successfully managed development and software projects and coordinated the work of development teams.
You have a very good knowledge of English. You are capable team worker, creative and dedicated. You are also confident working alone.

The position:
As the Heads of the department of product design for CIJ and DOD, you will be responsible for the development of our industrial coding systems. You will cooperate closely with the sales and the management of the company. You will support the sales and decision-making processes by recognizing requirements of the market and advancing their technical realization.
You will lead the development team and manage projects for new developments, as well as further developments and adaptive development.
