Service Technician (m/f)

Your qualifications: 

You are a trained mechanical or electrical engineer/technician (m/f) or hold a masters degree in these fields, with several years’ professional experience in the service and/or production remit. Ideally, you have knowledge and experience of coding and printing technology. Besides good knowledge of English, you have aptitude for field based service/support role. You are flexible and resilient and your appearance is appropriate for direct customer contact. In communication with our customers you’ll show technical and communicative competence. Dedicated to your work, you are used to managing your time and often working alone. 

 

The position: 

As a service engineer you support our customers with all technical and application-oriented tasks. Installation, commissioning as well as maintenance and repair of our industrial coding or printing systems either in-house or on-site at our customers’ premises. Customer training and technical advice also are part of your responsibility. Your location of work will be primarily within Germany or in the neighboring foreign countries. You will be based from home, looking after your dedicated territory.
