At the Anuga FoodTec, cologne, KBA-Metronic is introducing a wide range of solutions for process-reliable marking and coding of products and packaging. KBA-Metronic is looking back on 40 years of experience in developing innovative marking systems including relevant software and support systems, manufacturing, maintenance and service solutions.

Requirements specific to the food industry were reflected in developing the industrial inkjet printer alphaJET. The alphaJET into's IP65 stainless steel cover is engineered for maximum economy and very low maintenance.

In combination with our dye-based, turquoise-blue Edible Ink that is approved for foodstuff packaging and for direct contact with confectionery this will open up new horizons in product design for creative thinkers.

You will always be one step ahead with our ingenious Laser labeler for laser activatable labels. This unit consists of three components - the tried and tested industry favourite CO2 Laser K-1000 by KBA-Metronic, a Herma H400 labeler, and laser-enabled labels that are available as paper or foil coated labels in any format. Additional benefits include reduced idle times and high process reliability, even in challenging production and environmental conditions.
